These Terms govern use of EarningMoneyFrom.com and purchases of digital products offered through the property.
EarningMoneyFrom.com is owned, published and commercially operated by JulDar Marketing.
Educational Purpose
Site content and products are educational and informational. They are designed to help users examine, organize, package and communicate knowledge or experience. They do not guarantee market demand or commercial results.
User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use
You are responsible for your decisions, representations, compliance obligations and use of the materials. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, misrepresent ownership of protected materials or use the site or products unlawfully.
Intellectual Property
Except for rights expressly granted under a purchased edition or included license, EarningMoneyFrom.com content, JulDar Marketing branding, product names, original copy, graphics and other protected materials remain with their respective rights holders. No purchase transfers ownership of JulDar Marketing branding or trademarks.
Standard Customer Edition Rights
The Standard Customer Edition is for customer use only. It includes no permission to edit, rebrand, redistribute, resell, sublicense or offer the product as PLR, MRR or resale-rights material.
PLR Business Edition Rights
The PLR Business Edition may permit the purchaser to edit, rebrand and sell a finished customer product only as authorized by the specific included PLR Business License. The underlying PLR license may not be transferred or resold unless expressly authorized. The editable source may not be resold as PLR, MRR or another rights package. JulDar Marketing branding and trademarks may not be used without authorization. If a summary conflicts with the included license, the specific included license controls the granted product-use rights.
Payment and Digital Delivery
Products are digital. Payment may be processed through Stripe, and authorized access or delivery may be provided through Dude Downloads or another approved delivery method. Customers are responsible for providing accurate information reasonably necessary to complete the transaction and receive access.
Refund Policy
Refund requests and delivery problems are governed by the published Refund Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. No refund period, satisfaction guarantee or automatic refund right is created by these Terms.
No Guaranteed Outcomes
JulDar Marketing does not guarantee income, earnings, customers, sales, revenue, profit, market demand, business success, passive income or any particular commercial result. Creating an offer does not prove demand, and pursuing earnings does not guarantee earnings.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, JulDar Marketing is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or special losses arising from reliance on educational content, business decisions, third-party services or results outside its control. Nothing here excludes rights or obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
JulDar Marketing may revise products, pages, delivery methods and these Terms as business operations change. Material policy changes should be reflected by updating the effective date.
